  Service was quick, the tuna tataki was amazing and kind of spicy. The sushi was fresh. Greatly enjoyed Inaka Sushi!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve only ordered pickup and delivery, so I’m leaving a neutral rating for the atmosphere since I haven’t dined in. That said, the food and customer service have been consistently excellent every single time. Orders are accurate, the staff is friendly, and the quality has never disappointed. One of the things I appreciate most is that they offer several unique sushi rolls you don’t find everywhere. My absolute favorite is the Superman Roll, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I haven’t found another local sushi restaurant that makes one quite like it. It’s a smaller restaurant, but it always seems busy, which says a lot about the quality. If you’re looking for fresh sushi, great service, and something a little different from the typical menu, Inaka Sushi & Hibachi is definitely worth trying.

  I was a sushi chef for over 10 years and owned 2 sushi shops for 5 years. This place is overrated. My first and last time, prices are too high compared to VB sushi restaurants. Same fish suppliers. Most sushi restaurants will tell you their supplier is in California, which is true, but you can also get the same fish from Restaurant. Depot in VB. I came here based on review and I'll say it is good food, just high price compared to surrounding sushi restaurants. I did ask the chef where he got his tuna and salmon since raw fish served in restaurants needs to be sushi graded because in America we don't do routine deworming. We'll surprised it was from California. Overall same food as other sushi places just expensive for the same fish price, when all or most got their fish from Restaurant depot.

  I almost hate to leave this review because I want to keep this local Japanese restaurant all to myself! I lived in Japan for 4.5 years and have traveled back at least 12 times over the past years. Inaka Sushi is the best Japanese food we have experienced in the U.S. and the service is personable, not to mention fast. It’s our go to place for eating out.
