  Normally the people who work here are sweet but the closing drive thru worked on Wednesday Apr 29 was extremely rude. I pulled in right before 7pm to get some drinks. The cashier didn’t return the gift card I used. I drove off but immediately turned around when I realized. I had to knock on the window to get their attention and they were extremely rude, pretended not to know I was just there and said, “do you see a gift card here?” Not acceptable in a customer service atmosphere while your customer is polite and not causing the conflict. Not to mention that they had NO donuts because they said the truck dropped the donuts in the morning. Needless to say the atrocious attitude of your late day drive thru workers needs some training. Perhaps a few hours or HR training and some online video may change their outlook on life.

  Ugh it sucks that this place is so hit or miss. It’s definitely better than the Portsmouth blvd location but it’s ridiculous how crappy their drinks have gotten. I ask for an iced shaken espresso and pay the extra charge for coffee milk. Everytime I pick it up from the drive thru it has no evidence of being shaken and they leave out the coffee milk. Or they don’t put the syrups I requested. If I’m paying extra for the ingredients I requested, I expect to get it. How do you guys have recipes on how to make drinks but still fail to make it consistently?

  I have an oversized vehicle that will not go thru drive up windows, I park, walk up to the entrance at 7am, doors are locked, the staff is motioning me to drive around, I point to my truck and they continue to point and gesture for me to drive around. Out of the 5 employees working, not one would come to the door, either to lazy or too ignorant. Don't waste your hard earned money into a poorly run, inefficient place.

  Not sure they actually make the donuts there so when you get your Donuts they're not fresh and hot or even warm. So if you understand this then the donuts are edible. This location finally has Maple frosted which they didn't have for years. The staff are always kind.
