- HHhunterMay 9, 20262.0Staff was okay, no welcoming or anything. Felt really embarrassed trying to order for the first got. Got a Chai latte with oat milk and less ice, received a Chai latte that tasted like straight coffee!! It was disgusting. There was no ice, and the cold foam refused to mix into the drink. It was very bitter and very disappointing. Because the staff was unwelcoming, I did not go inside to initiate a refund. $8.37 down the drain. Stick to Starbucks for the price!

Multiple times I have sat at the intercom for more then 10 mins just to not to get a response so then I have to pull on due to I'm on my a 30 min break. And Multiple times my drink be wrong. Today was my sign to just stop having hope for this location. Rude and just not worth my time or money anymore. Will just have to do it myself at home
