Place is cleaner than it used to be & is now set up nicely to keep a flow going. Service depends on who you get. One manager there hardly works, even when he notices the team is slammed. He often leaves the store or will just stand behind the register even when no one else is in line. He even left, on the clock, to go with a friend to the gas station across the street, leaving an employee in training by himself. However, the older lady & male that work there are super sweet & consistent.

I give two stars only cause my drinks were good the first two times. But this place definitely went down hill. My first two times coming here were amazing but after that it’s like they don’t care anymore everytime I pull up to the drive through it’s a ghost town and there is no answer then I go to the window and they are ether standing there or just no where to be found. To the point I have to physically walk inside and try to get assistance while they are just sitting there talking and eating and then at that I ordered the loaded hashbrowns and they were to lazy to crumble the bacon and just threw full slabs of bacon on my hashbrowns and then every time I order for delivery something is wrong or missing completely. I’m highly disappointed and upset. Management needs to get there employees in check. I’m not sure if one of them are management but if they are the owner needs to get there employees in check.

There are countless dead flies all over the seating area. There’s also a man who hangs around who knows the branch owners it seems, and makes a point to get in your face with no respect for personal boundaries to get female customers to say hello to him (he did not seem to have a learning disability otherwise I would not be writing this, just seemed rude and entitled). Just use the drive through. It’s sad this location in a historic district is not being well maintained at all. Food and service were great by the ladies working at the register.

Overall everything was pretty good. Small nitpicks here and there. Food and drinks were yummy. Sad they were out of some of the things we wanted. Drive thru was a bit slow but it was during the morning rush. Will definitely come back to this location.

I stop in this location all the time for coffee and a apple fritter or donut and the staff gives the best service. Today I was in the area working as a Uber driver and needed to use the restroom. Abbey was a doll to allow me to use the restroom before purchasing something. I am disappointed with management though. I am someone that spends $100s with dunkin. Staff should not be spoken to because they allowed someone to use the restroom when in need. Im not on drugs or homeless. Empower and trust them to make good decisions. Those are qualities of great leaders. $2.33 to use the bathroom....shame on management. Great Job Abbey!
