  If you're in a hurry, don't stop at this Dunkin Donuts. 10 cars in the parking lot. One car parked at the window and two parked infront of them. Three cars at the speaker waiting to give order. This isn't the first time this has happened. But whatever the reason is for the slow pace, maybe not enough people showing up for work or having new workers, something needs to change. We showed up a hour early so we had time to eat and get to soccer practice. But we sat in the like for 20 minutes. Nothing fast about that. 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker to place our order. It doesn't make sense to me. We left after seeing a few others leave. Went to food lion across the street and grabbed bananas and cheese danishes.

  Excellent customer service! Obviously you'll have to wait longer during busy times, but not for lack of trying. These employees hustle and do it with a smile. You cannot ask for better service. The store is kept clean, organized, and well stocked.

  The employees at this location are amazing! They’re always polite, friendly, and provide fast service. One time I accidentally pulled away without my food, and the manager literally ran across the parking lot to bring it to my car. That level of customer service is rare. The ladies here are so sweet, and my coffee is always made perfectly. I really appreciate this team!

  Visiting from Boston, close to where DD originated (and where there’s one practically every other block), and the food at this location was so surprisingly good that I had to write this review. The glazed donut and sausage wake-up wrap both tasted really fresh, which I’ve never experienced at a DD before—the locals I was with agreed, too. We ordered in-store around 9 AM on a Tuesday and our iced coffee and less-sugar iced shaken espresso were prepared quickly. The two wraps took a bit longer, maybe because there were only 3 people manning the store+drive-through—but these oozy-cheese breakfast wraps were worth the short wait (still out of the store within 10 minutes). The register/drink service was friendly, too! Docked two stars for atmosphere because sweeping supplies were leaning against the food/drink pickup counter. It didn’t contaminate the food but dusty/dirty things anywhere near food service areas gives me the ick. Anyway, putting cleaning supplies out of sight before customers arrive is an easy fix. Edit: Checked out the other reviews and am surprised to see so many bad ones! Noticed that the woman who took our order in-store was also working the drive-thru window—maybe that’s why there are so many complaints about drive-thru wait time? We parked and walked in and were the only ones in the store so our order got taken right away.
