- GHGADE HURIJul 16, 20261.0The worst Dunkin. Dirty and unorganised, they don’t aknowledge customers. We were waiting for 2 toasted cream cheese bagels with no other order ahead us. They started to chat in the kitchen kept us waiting ,waiting… I would definitely leave if it wasn’t for my kid. When it was time to eat, the bagel wasn’t toasted at all ,just a bit warmed. The hygiene was so poor. A blonde women with a ponytail , no hat/ no gloves was in the kitchen talking to the staff about random stuff while she literally sees us waiting. Cashier handles cash and prepares drinks at the same time. Every corner is either dirty or sticky.

It’s really disappointing because I actually live closer to this Dunkin’, but my experiences here have not been good. This location is also walk-in only with no drive-thru, which would be fine if the experience inside was better. Unfortunately the dining area often looks gross or unwelcoming, and there usually seems to be only one staff member working. At this point I would honestly rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the 1108 Volvo Pkwy location because the quality and overall experience there is so much better.
