- TTTim1 day ago1.0SORRY I DONT DO KIOSK, SELF CHECK OUT OR DRIVE THRU. I stopped in the cedar rd location on Tuesday at 3 pm for my morning coffee. 3 pm because I don't drink coffee before I sit in a Red Cross platelet chair for 2 hours. The young lady that was working asked me if I was paying with cash or card, I told her card and she told me I had to use the kiosk to order. I wouldn't have gotten out of my car and came inside if I didn't want to be helped by a person. If you don't want to help people,maybe you should find a job that isn't in the customer service industry. It's all good, I got my coffee and hour down the road. The Elizabeth City location doesn't have a KIOSK that ue have to order on.
- BHBrenda Helton1 day ago1.0I have to say I am very disappointed in this location. My husband and I travel a lot, and dunkin is our go to coffee shop. We have been to this location many many times in the past, but won't return after today. My husband hates a drive thru and self checkouts. This afternoon he walked into this location and went to the counter to order. The girl behind the counter asked if he was paying with card or cash. He said card, and she told him he could go to the kiosk and order for hisself. He said thank you and walked out. Not sure why they have an employee if the machine is supposed to do all the work. Hope they aren't paying her much to point people to a machine. Not sure when customer service disappeared, but I personally wish it would come back. We will continue to go to other locations, but not this one. I know our little business we did with you won't affect your bottom line, but maybe if enough people get feed up with being treated like they are in the way when using your establishment, you will notice.
