  Just ordered from them. Delivered the wrong pizza. Trying to call to get it fixed and no one is answering the phone

  This place is horrible. Needs to be shut down. Ordered online, they got the order wrong, replaced it at the store. Said it would be 45 minutes. It’s been 1 hour and 20 minutes still no show. Of course didn’t take long to withdraw from account. Tryed calling and no one answered the phone either.

  Terrible service! Don't order from here. I had not one, but 2 bad experiences within a couple of weeks. First time, I ordered delivery. I had a set time for everything to be delivered. The estimated delivery time kept changing several times on the app. Until it said my food wasn't going to be delivered until 10-10:30pm. My scheduled time was 7pm! I go to the store to find out what the hell was going on, because the phone never rings. It has recorded messages that never give you the option to speak to a person! They told me that they were short on drivers. I explained what happened and he offered to give me 2 free pizzas the next time I ordered. Two weeks later, I ordered in person at the counter. I explained that there were 2 free pizzas on my account that I would like to get and a couple of other items that I paid for. When I paid, I told them that I forgot to tell him the topping on each free pizza. He tells me that there aren't any free pizzas on my account just $10 off. I was upset. So I asked them to please give the manager my phone number so I could get this straight. Once he made the note, he says that he can give me the 2 free pizzas. I tell him the toppings. He tells me that all of it would be done in 25 minutes. I come back 23 minutes later. Give my name and they tell me that it's gonna be another 25-30 minutes before my food would be ready. I was not happy and I REFUSE to order from there ever again!

  This is the second time the order has a ridiculous long delivery time I ordered at 751 with an estimate of16-26 mins it is now 1009 still no pizza it will be cold and soggy by the time it gets here. They don’t answer the phone the customer service is terrible do not order from this location it is ridiculous

  I placed an order at 7:30 and the estimated time of delivery was 8:39. It is now 9:44. I called the store and have been on hold for for 15 minutes. The app still says the pizzas are being made. If it's one Dominos in the 757 that deserves 0 stars, this would be the one. This isn't the first time but it surely will be the last. Just shut it down at this point.
