- MBMelvin BanksJun 27, 20261.0Service was quick and polite however I ordered a medium suze cookie jar blizzard and paid for extra orders and cookie dough extra fudge and got none if it !! This is my favorite and most frequent thing ( and the absolute reason ) I even go to a Dairy queen!! So imagine my level of anger when you pay $1 addtional each topping and the truth is the Blizzard barley had any of the normal level of ingredients in it ,I don't know if the person making them that day was mad, lazy, having a bad day , or just didnt understand what a normal cookie jar Blizzard intells also what its supposed to have when you added extra ! But it was barley passable and unfortunately I'd gotten way futher down the road before I could even tell and I dont live in the greenbriar area so wasn't about to turn around once in traffic to go back so $9 lesson learned won't go back to that location if that way agin will try one of the other ice cream shops

- SBSavy BatemanApr 12, 20261.0i went here and asked for a mint oreo blizzard with extra oreos (i know because i get the same thing every time and i was looking at the name as i was telling the lady what i wanted) and they gave me an oreo blizzard. when i asked if it was mint, she said “its an oreo blizzard like you ordered” i told her that i said mint oreo and she just said “oh” and said she can give me mint on the side 🥸 like what am i going to do with that. to top it off, i asked for two chilli cheese dogs with ketchup and onions (no mustard) and when i open my chili cheese dogs, there’s no ketchup or cheese. like okay so yall just messed up the whole order and didn’t even offer to remake my damn blizzard… okay.
