There is ZERO cover where the box is to place your order. The person taking the order was inaudible and muffled. We couldn’t understand anything probably due to the sound of the rain and some other issue with the box. We were the ONLY car in the drive thru and apparently their only customer as it was empty outside. This is a location with only a few tables outside and no interior dining. We pulled up to place an order as the drive thru window had cover. When we asked to place an order we were told we had to drive around again to the box. We explained that we couldn’t hear or understand anything at the box because there was no cover at all that we’d like to order at the window. They said no, we had to drive around. At that point we just left. Unacceptable, lazy and rude service. There is ZERO reason to force a customer to do this, especially as the ONLY customer. Will never return to this location. Avoid at all costs.
