  The food here is delicious! My orders are correct every time, and the portions are perfect! My favorite Chipotle hands down!!

  Waited over 30 minutes for a kids portion of steak. All of the food that I had already orders was cold by the time I received my food. No one express any courtesy or remorse for the inconvenience.

  I’m not the type of person to make reviews ever but my experience today was ridiculous. The girl who took my order was constantly rolling her eyes, making faces, and walking away from me mid sentence. Then after my order continued to complain about me loudly to other staff. All I asked was if they had regular sized quesadillas or if I had to get a kids size (and I also mentioned I would be perfectly fine with either one). She rushed my order and I never was able to order the full meal. I was able to fully finish one meal and had to go somewhere else to get the rest of my family’s. I love chipotle and this was a very unfortunate experience because I will not be returning to the one closest to me which is the Chesapeake battlefield blvd location.

  I arrived at the restaurant right at opening time, but the door remained locked for several minutes. When an employee finally unlocked the door, she simply unlocked it and walked away without opening the door or acknowledging me, which I found unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Once I entered, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. When I approached the counter, the young lady who was preparing to make my food removed an earbud from her ear. Given that she was about to handle food, I found this concerning and unsanitary. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable allowing my food to be prepared there, so I simply left. Unfortunately, the entire experience—from the lack of acknowledgment to the employee's behavior and the earbud situation—made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these customer service and food-handling concerns.

  Ordered DoorDash the sticker on the bag that said my name and entry One of one I opened the bag cause it feels a little heavy, right? To see that there is another DoorDash order for someone that has a complete different name than me in my bag so if you recently haven’t noticed this Locations Establishments employees just don’t do their job well; every time I order here it’s either I order a burrito and I get a bowl or I get it or order a bowl and get a burrito...like.. I know this is not the first time that I’ve actually DoorDash gotten my order and it having someone else’s food in the bag they could be one thing if it was a mistake of the same name but they are not even close. My starts with a K the other order starts with a B. I wish I could apologize to the person that’s expected to get their bowl on behalf of the employees that work at this establishment
