- QCQueen ClarkSep 20, 20261.0My husband and I went into the restaurant where there was only one employee present (a gentleman.) We walked up to place an order and the gentleman continued to text on his phone and didn’t greet us at all. We waited for him for a minute or two. Once he finished texting and scrolling his phone, he turned his back to us and started to clean the grill. He still hadn’t greeted nor acknowledged us. We continued to wait, just to notice that the area where the food was, was absolutely filthy. We then left the establishment.

Also, the chips were so stale. This place needs some customer service training. I have never gone to another establishment that was genuinely mad about having to serve me.....

- KCKevin CrawfordSep 10, 20265.0Food was excellent. Up to very recently I'd never actually had Chipotle because it's honestly a bit pricey for fast food. But my wife got it and it's very good. We mitigate the cost by getting the kids menu items since we're both on diets anyway. As mentioned, the regular menu is a bit on the expensive side but the food is very good.
