- MTMichael Tull4 days ago1.0Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Every single time I've gone here theres an issue. Bowl instead of a burrito, out of stock on guac, fajita veggies, or corn. Adding things not asked or not putting things asked for.

They were out of 4 different things, brown rice, tomato’s, grilled veggies, guac and didn’t tell us until we were midway through the line. At the point the bowls wouldn’t have half of the things we wanted so we ended up walking out. The workers did not care to help us/fix it just put our bowls on the back expo and moved on.

At least 8 staff doing the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. HEY CHIPOTLE, STOP TELLING ME TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY- I DID AND YOU OFFERED ME TWO FREE ENTREES IN YOUR APP/ ACCOUNT. I SAID NO- I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. GAVE ALL THE INFO NEEDED AND GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND...
