  This specific Chipotle needs to be closed down. On two separate occasions one dine in and one pick up they've been abysmal. The dine in they messed up my order. When I went up to tell them they proceeded to tell me to wait and they'll fix it. After making over 10 orders (literally people who entered the resutrant after I told them my order was wrong) got their food and left. Then the pick up option they refused to let people inside to pick up orders and had me wait in line over 30 minutes to get my food. We tried to cancel and go somewhere else but "Chipotle can't cancel or modify online orders". It wasn't even through a 3rd party it was through Chipotle directly. The staff and service are horrible never go to this location.

  Very disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of attention to keeping things in stock. This place was very dirty, lacking straws, completely out of drinks including fountain drinks, the ice machine was broken, trash was over flowing, floors were dirty, outside had trash everywhere. It took very long for people to get their meal with little additional help to the one guy doing everything. Their counters were covered in food where they want you up. It was so unsanitary. I am shocked at how much the workers did not care to move quickly or to ensure things were okay in the common areas. Not sure where the manager was, but it was clear things were not handled well at all.

  On my lunch break which is only 30 mins long. I ordered my food on the app it said it would be ready 12:50. I pulled up in the drive thru at 12:50 and 4 cars are already waiting and the line isn't moving at all. Now I'm going to be late clocking in all because Chipotle is being slow they didn't tell me they were running late until I already pulled up in the line! They need to communicate better or change times it'll be ready to times they can actually do.

  been going to this location weekly for a few years and the greatest problem they have is consistency, and it all depends on who is the manager on a particular day… sometimes you go in and the food taste great, the employees are kind, the place is clean, and there’s no wait…… other days you go in and get the absolute, complete opposite. trash all over the floors, spilled food all over the counters, they’re out of half the ingredients, staff bullying eachother and fighting, absurd wait times, and employees acting like you’re genuinely the biggest inconvenience they’ve ever faced. it’s such a shame that you never know what to expect here. the customer experience is all over the place, but the prices aren’t. a real bummer. also, please don’t respond and tell me to fill out your survey online. nothing will come of it if it do, just like nothing will probably come of this review. this is just giving me something to do while i wait in the drive thru for a burrito order that was supposed to be ready over 45 minutes ago.

  I was very disappointed with my experience. The food preparation area appeared messy, with food scattered across the counter. While my burrito bowl was being prepared, some tomatoes fell onto the counter. The employee picked them up and placed them back into the tomato container instead of discarding them, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and food-safety perspective. My mom also ordered a burrito, but the employee handled and squeezed it so much that it became messy and unappetizing. Overall, the food did not look like it was prepared or handled with the level of care I would expect. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional training to ensure proper food handling, cleanliness, and presentation.
