Drove off and realized I'd been given the wrong sandwich (sausage and cheese no bacon)...drove through the drive through again and got another wrong sandwich (chicken and egg?), went inside for a refund on the sandwich and drink...since I ate a few of the cold tots...Dyrol would only give me a refund on the sandwich. Worst experience I've ever had. Won't be back....will post everywhere.

I ordered a waffle sandwich, and when I received it, the waffles were burnt and there was no syrup included. I asked the employee why no one informed me that they were out of syrup, and his response was very dismissive. He simply said that it “should have been locked on the app.” He took the sandwich back and remade it, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. After waiting for the sandwich to be remade, I told him that my fries were now cold because I had to wait for my order to be corrected. Instead of addressing the issue, he simply walked away. Mistakes happen, but the way a customer is treated when bringing an issue to an employee’s attention matters. I expected better customer service and basic courtesy from Chick-fil-A. The food was disappointing, but the dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were even more frustrating. I hope management addresses both the food quality and the way customer concerns are handled.

Came today at 10:20am ordered a biscuit meal, then was told they have no biscuits. Ok, then a sandwich, told it's not lunch. They are on hold, then another employee goes back and forth and now they have biscuits. OK, I will take one of those and a Coke. We have no Soda at all today. OK, at least give the me the "my pleasure" motto. Not even that, however, waited 30 minutes for my food. Chick-fil-a has a gold standard, I hope they get this right at this location...
