  I just had to write a review about Sophia who works at this location. She was so sweet and helpful the entire time. I asked her for recommendations that would make my order better and my bowl was amazing! Amazing customer service

  I doordashed last night. Ordered Harrissa Avacado & Steak Harrissa. Cucumber Lime Tangerine Alepp., and just ordered again.Had to come in person to come check them. Very warm setting and professional. They helped me out for when I needed guidance. Zoey, Savanna, Rosey was a great help.

  When we first stepped into Cava the line was near food pick up station but it Seriously craving those salmon bowls again! 🤤 That line was wild, but honestly, the food was a total game-changer. Every bite was pure deliciousness, from the perfectly cooked salmon to the fresh veggies. Even the drinks were on point and so refreshing! Definitely a must-try spot if you're ever in town.   Unfortunately no stars is not an option, but my experience was. I placed an oline order that came out completely wrong. No protein, half of the toppings missing, no side peta, and because I was in a time constraint, I left before checking for silverware. I could see a missing topping, but it was completely wrong. Worst experience I've ever had. I will never go back.

  Went in here for the first time used the app to make it easy... the app specifys- side falafel included, dressings, plastic utensils. Got my text it was ready, go to check the shelf, it isn't there, stood to the side, very annoyed young woman at the register takes one look at me and starts telling me "If I dont see it yet, its not ready" My order comes out, I go to my car and check the bag, no utensils, no side falafel, no dressings, JUST THE SALAD AND NOTHING ELSE which was ALL specified on the app order, have to go back in, have to go to the same cashier who is completely exasperated by my existence and telling me "we are very busy today" somebody else brings out the falafels, they act like I'm the worst human being who ever lived. I was thinking they would at least be better than the worst fast food place, I was wrong. They are rude and don't know how to put orders together correctly.
