- DPDiane Parrish6 days ago5.0Our waitress, Ms. Brittany was outstanding! The service was excellent and the seasonal lamb chops were perhaps the best we had ever had. The manager stopped by our table and spend some time with us and we just had a fantastic evening!

Nothing "wowed" any of us at the table, so couldn't give 5 stars. But, for a chain restaurant, they do a really good job for the price.

I have to say that Tonya has the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced at this location or any other location that I have visited. Today is Mother’s Day and mom truly enjoyed herself. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, upbeat, and genuinely happy to be there — and that energy is contagious! She took our order efficiently without ever making us feel rushed, knew the menu well, and had such a naturally personable way about her that the whole meal just felt enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who’s both on top of their game and makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend. Jamila is a true gem and the kind of server that makes you want to come back. Carrabba’s is lucky to have her! 🌟
