We have ordered our food, our drinks are empty and I am starting to wonder if we are even going to get the appetizers or if they were forgotten. The only reason I am giving one star is because our waitress is very sweet and respectful. I also understand that the poor conditions of this restaurant are not her fault. If you are the owner, you should really step back, read these reviews, reflect, and actually make some changes because going out to eat cost far too much for someone to have to wait over an hour for food with no communication or updates. UPDATE: our food came out before our appetizers. The bone in wings were shriveled and dry, the kids Mac n cheese was hard and dry on top which means it was sitting under the warmer for a long period of time and the cheese for the pretzels had a thick thick layer of cheese on the top. As someone who has spent many years in customer service…this restaurant is failing on all fronts. Very disappointed and will not return to this location ever.
