I love coming to this Arby’s—the food is always great and hitting the spot. However, the drive-thru wait times are getting way too long, and it comes down to how they manage the line.
Whenever I have a large order, they pull me forward to keep things moving. But for some reason, they never do this for the people in front of me. I constantly get stuck in a standstill line behind drivers with huge orders who are allowed to just sit at the window forever.
I’ll keep coming back for the food, but management needs to enforce the "pull forward" rule consistently so everyone isn't trapped waiting.

I have no idea how this Arby’s is still open. Customer service is terrible. This location is literally never busy, however, it takes over 20 minutes just to get your food when you’ve already previously ordered it online. The employees walk so slow it’s truly amazing how they get anything done.

My husband and I just came thru the drive thru we had coupons for our meals the guy to my sliders one off they were 3 for $5 I then told the guy we had two other coupons for a $1 curly fry and my husband's meal. The guy said we couldn't use the other coupons because he hit the subtotal which is bs cause I use to be a manager of a restaurant. Why send out coupons if we can't use them. I asked for my curly fries to be hold they were cold so we took them back in the lady acted really like we were a problem. I will say it under here this is the new customer service.
