  the food was delicious and the service is great. I didn't go inside so I can't speak on atmosphere.

  Went to Arbys on Battlefield Blvd by hospital. Ordered three sandwiches, one roast beef with Swiss got american cheese, ham slider looked like a 4 year old wrapped it and put it together , got home live less than a mile away slider out of wrapper, sandwiches were COLD not warm COLD. Asked for a cherry and apple turnover got two apple ones. I told the clerk it was to go not eat in but someone else put it on a tray and had to be rebagged. While waiting for my order two I guess senior employees or managers were laughing and joking about some poor person coming in for an interview, I would never work there it was disgusting to hear that. I had spent my last $31.00 there at this Arbys and will never be back or recommend them to anyone.

  We asked if they put horsey sauce inside the bag, and the worker said yes, but we checked after, and they didn’t put any in even after we asked them to check and make sure to put it in. But the food was still good.

  I came to this location for lunch today, they were not busy at all. We went through drive through and when we got to the window, the heavy set girl with light purple hair and a septum piercing was very rude. As we were waiting for our food I hopped out of the truck to grab a toy that my grandbaby dropped that I couldn't reach, it literally took 5 seconds and the employee came to the window with our food and said rudely that we needed to move off the line as it was on their counter and going against them. Keep in mind no one was behind us. I told her i had a child ibwas helping real quick, her response was "i have a kid too but you need to move off the line" I get that they are monitored on time in drive through.. but to speak rudely to me like that after spending 40 bucks for lunch. No reason for that. Then as I pulled off she yelled something out the window to me so obviously wasn't good. I'll be sure to never come back to that location if she is working there!
