  Good food but not worth the wait they take forever even if you place an online order it's never ready

  the lady at the cash register, stephanie, was so rude and off putting to me i like actually couldn’t believe someone was talking to me like that. i never leave reviews but this was actually so rude and uncalled for i was like is she okay? she like stopped me mid sentence and said “can you stop and let me get the screen ready” in a rude tone and made a face at me. then she quickly goes “GO” at me i guess meaning for me to start telling her what i wanted. and then when i was telling her my sauce flavors she asked me if i wanted 5 of the sauce i asked for and i said yes and she said “well i have to know the count” once again in a sassy tone. she made me feel very awkward and belittled and like i was inconveniencing her by being in the store. after i was clearly upset and giving her attitude back as she deserved she suddenly started smiling and being nice which was obviously fake. i don’t love dealing with the public all the time either but i work in food service as well and i would never act like that. no one is making her work there and if she doesn’t like it maybe she should consider a different “career” choice!

  it’s nice and warm welcoming inside the people are great and their fast with the food I love it!!

  The wings and fries did not appear to be freshly prepared, and the wings themselves were quite small. However, the service was satisfactory. This establishment would not be my primary recommendation for wings in Charlottesville.
