  For starters it’s a new location so it’s super busy which means that there are sometimes longer wait times, which is understandable. However, the employees are very helpful and kind and hard working. The food is also SO good but sometimes things are left out. But other than that amazing! So glad they opened a Wingstop in Charlottesville.

  It's really sad when you enjoy a restaurant and then you go and the food is horrible, I spent 20 dollars on food that I threw in the trash. My chicken was extremely hard that I couldn't bite and my fries was very cold. To be a new restaurant in charlottesville you really need to do much better.

  The entire pickup system just doesn’t work, especially when the lady at the pickup counter just ignores you. She was immediately rude following her greeting. I told her my name, she said the food wasn’t ready which was fine. Saw several orders be placed on the rack and picked up before dude in the back finally asked again whose order I was waiting for. He turns around and hands me my order. Mine was sitting there the entire time, she just chose to ignore it for some odd reason. Impeccable service y’all got.

  Food was great and employees were fantastic. Everything else kind of sucked. There weren't any napkins, instead paper towels where you had to rip them off. There wasn't a trash can to put your trash when finished for dine in customers. Employees directed customers to put their trash on the counter. Management/Corporate should provide a trash can for customers to use. The bathroom required a code to entered, but employees were very busy making it inconvient to ask for. Codes shouldn't be required for a bathroom.

  Great employees! Very friendly and accomodating. Food was good. Tried the mild buffalo and the garlic as well as fries. Wings were decent but will see if I can get them more crispy next time. Fries have a good taste but the ones on the bottom get a bit too much seasoning. They also forgot to put in my two bleu cheese. Most places that wouldn't be a big deal but they charge extra for it so was over three bucks. Today was opening day so I know they're just getting the hang of it. I'll try again in a few days.
