  This place is very nice. The interior is well thought out and the food is great. The staff are not the kindest but it is okay because I can just place mobile orders! I love their orange juice drinks and their chicken quesdilla with marinara is great too.

  Stopped coming in months ago due to rude employees and management. Came in Friday night with my family and I was blown away. Didn't have to wait forever to be served and was greeted with a smile and great energy. Guy there said he was the new manager and my family will comeback as long as this is a permanent change. Thanks

  I visit this location routinely after I go to the gym, lately the customer service has been lacking and borderline rude. Stopped in today after the gym to get a smoothie…barely got two feet in the door and the woman behind the counter said “we won’t be able to get to you for about 20 minutes so if you don’t want to wait I’d leave”. Leave I did. I took my business elsewhere and I won’t be returning to this location.

  Food never delivered after using online ordering despite multiple order confirmations including a text confirmation the day of the meeting. This order was for a business lunch which was highly embarrassing for me as the meeting host. I will never order from any tropical smoothie place ever again. The owner should be removed from all online ordering platforms as he is not accountable and not responsible.
