  There was a problem with our order, and the manager handled it so courteously and kindly! I think his name was Eric. He deserves 10 stars!

  Placed a mobile order 45 minutes in advance, just two sandwiches and 2 fruit cups. Got there 3 minutes after the time I was to pick up and there were 4 cars in line. After several minutes and nobody pulling forward the lady in front of me got out of her vehicle to see if I could back out so she could leave because she had to be somewhere else and she said the line was not moving. There were already cars behind me so I could not and she was stuck as there is no way to exit the drive thru in case of emergencies. (Really bad set up). We waited for a long time. Somewhere over 20 minutes before finally making it to the window. The employee said workers kept leaving and apologized for the wait. It is not her fault for the way too long wait but Panera management needs to figure out a better solution (and perhaps redo the drive thru so customers aren't stuck if some kind of emergency comes up and they find themselves having to wait for extended periods.

  Drive Through- Normally I’m satisfied with Panera’s service. However. I was in a rush after work to get to a meeting- it was around 1:15 and thought a drive through pickup would be quick and efficient. I was wrong. I ordered a cold sandwich as I thought it wouldn’t take long…. I waited over 20 minutes while I watched through the window as the staff serve the tabled guests. I believe if you come in to a restaurant to eat. You have time to sit and eat. No? And if you go through a drive through you’re in more of a rush…? Nearly 30 minutes pass and I ask “if it will be any longer, may I have a refund…?” No reply- just goes to get the manager- I see the manager come to the computer- no acknowledgment to me at the other side of the window- or letting me know how long it may be. Or letting me know what he’s doing. He finally opens the window and hands me the receipt — for the refund I notice- just says “I’m sorry” Could have offered a free meal next time or at least let me know why it took so long for me to not receive anything……

  We opted to order thru the machine when you first walk through the door. We were finished placing the order when it asked for the number on the electronic hand held device. But those devices were no where to be found. One person in our party went up to the counter to ask what to do. After waiting a while an employee showed up but at that point the check in machine closed out our order. A lot of wasted time! We ordered at the counter. The food was good and quick in being ready. However, even though it is still listed online as part of the menu Panera no longer sells baked potato soup. I don’t think we will go back there for a long time.

  yesterday i went here with my daughters, the food was ok but one thing very disappointed me that, My two-year-old daughter was injured by the table their table corner is v sharp she was try to climb on the chair and she badly hurt on forehead she got a big cut that she got stitches too and she was bleeding a lot that i cannot even handle her alone and she was crying badly even all the customers was looking at us. my 7 year old daughter was helping me to giving me tissue paper to stop bleeding then i try to stop blood with my scarf and the thing which was v disappointed was not a SINGLE member of STAFF didn’t came to ask me that what happened or if i need any first aid for my daughter.. that was v sad then i took all my daughters and rush to emergency.. that was a bad day for me how cruel world is now..
