  night time closing manager on 8/5/26 was incredibly rude. had on a pink shirt and braids, skinny build. was finishing our meal a few minutes past closing time (they were all cleaning) and he rudely shouted from the back “alright it’s time to get out…you gonna stay here all night??!” horrible customer service…he could have politely asked us to finish up and leave. then as we were walking out the door he sarcastically said “i’ll be here tomorrow if you wanna come see me!” …no thanks i will not be returning.

  Some of the best customer service i have ever received. My wife ordered a certain soup, but the employee putting our order together said that the soup she ordered looked close to going bad, and asked if we'd like to substitute out a different one. We did for no charge, and he gave us an extra apple as well. Later during our visit, he came out with a fresh batch of the original soup she ordered and he packed it to go for her so she could enjoy it later.

  I always have a great experience at Panera Bread. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they prepare the food with care. Everything is fresh, delicious, and well made. The restaurant is also consistently clean and well maintained. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service!

  Staff is friendly but the wait takes forever. Every time I’ve come I’ve had to wait a while. Their estimated wait times are off.
