    We got curb side dinner, & we’ve never had such a horrible experience! The order was wrong for starters, my daughter didn’t receive her her fries that came with the meal, her burger was ordered med well & she received cold red meat in the center, it wasn’t even medium. My husband’s steak was also under cooked. Mine was the worst the potato was cold, the filet was soso, but the broccoli I found white worms in it. We spent $104, for a horrible meal & no response back from the manager. We were staying a near by hotel, so we’re not regular customers there & have lost our interest in ever dining with Outback ANYWHERE!! Attached is a picture of broccoli I had. Mind you the manager there did not care or seem to care. By the way 2 great meals, service & food at Texas Roadhouse House not far from them!!

    We ordered carry out and were extremely disappointed. They completely forgot one of our sides, our steaks were cooked medium rare when we ordered medium well, the burger we ordered was completely pink inside, and they didn’t give us silverware, butter or anything. Sorry but when you pay over $100 for three things and gave a tip ahead of time you expect the order to at least have all the items you ordered.

    Far from great service, a family od three, waited 25 minutes for the waiter to even show up, I think his name was Aiden or something like that, tall skinny guy, not very representing. My wife had to go ask the other servers twice if he forgot about us. We asked for all the items we needed in advance to make it easier for him, but it didn't matter, after he took our order he came back after 20 min to check on us, we had just started eating and asked for the items again, as well as water refills. He never came back for any of the things we asked. By the end of the meal within 6-7 minutes he came back FIVE times and every single time was pressuring about the tip. Asking my wife over and over how are we going to do the tip. I don't think he cared about the service he provided or the way he represented Outback Steakhouse. I will not be coming back to this location.

    I went here recently on my birthday. It was a birthday gift from my boyfriend because it is my favorite place to go out. My absolute go to for big celebrations. The food was great as usual, I always come for the bread. It is my favorite part and what I go there primarily for. Unfortunately, our waitresses attitude was not appropriate whatsoever. Her service was just fine, refilling drinks was great and food order retention was fine as well. First off, my boyfriend and I were speaking ready to order and she interrupts him speaking, to then say, "Ma'am what are YOU having?" Very rudely, insinuating I was going to have him order for me. That very much was not the case and he was simply going to order first. Second, when we asked her for boxes and about to ask for another bread to go. For context, at the very beginning I had mentioned to our waitress, JR, we were going to have dessert. I ended up making a joke about how I was so full and the food was so delicious and how I couldn't have another bite. This is when she said, "maybe if you didnt eat so much bread then you would have room for dessert, next time youll know how much room to save more." I was about to ask for the bread to-go but instead had my boyfriend ask for me due to being very embarrassed. When my boyfriend went to pay she very obnoxiously said, "you aren't splitting the check right?" He of course asks to pay and she holds up the reader. He replies saying that he would be paying in cash. She replied, "you still need to see your total don't you?" I understand as a fellow waitress it can be very difficult on slow days to take care of a table you don't think will tip. My boyfriend and I are young adults (18-19) and we often tip more then 20% just because I know what it is like living on tips. I still tipped 20% to make sure she got what I believe is the minimum. I never mentioned it was my birthday, but no one wishes to hear something like that nor be treated that way on their birthday. Personally that was poor waitressing etiquette.

    Honestly so bummed by our experience tonight. We went to Outback to get out of our rut of same old same old and had a horribly disappointing experience with our server. We were very quickly sat and our server passed us by no less than 4x before coming to greet us but helping (as should’ve) and gabbing with the table next to us from the time we sat down. It was almost 10 minutes from being sat to even being acknowledged even as the server passed by us. From there we ordered beverages and something from the bar plus our meal all in one go. Our salad course came, the bread came and still no drink from the bar (or return visit from our server as the salad was dropped by someone else). Finally our meal arrived and we still didn’t have the bar drink which at that point we declined to our server. Our server tried to say “oh it’s ready!” But at that point, we didn’t want to chug it down. For note - The bar area was also not fully sat / busy and the bartender was talking to a staff member who was seated at the bar so we couldn’t figure out why the drink took so long. After we declined, someone (she did not introduce herself) came and stated “your server said you didn’t want your drink..” and we told her that was correct. She asked “why, was it that it took too long?” And we said yes, all our food arrived before a drink. She said she would remove it from our bill. Our server did not revisit our table throughout our meal which meant no refills or asking if our meal was correct. It wasn’t. My steak was undercooked and one of my sides were lukewarm. I ended up eating the edges of my steak and sharing the interior of it with my party. Our server did not come back to our table until she noticed us paying our bill on the kiosk and then offered us waters to go which we declined. Overall, the food as a whole for our party had great flavor and presentation. The service, not the best. Even from “management” or who we assume was management that visited our table. We likely will not return based on our experience.
