  I ordered a caramel sundae for takeout using the self-service kiosk at McDonald's and received my order quickly with no issues. However, when I went to eat it, I realized there was no spoon included. When I asked an employee, I was told they didn’t have any spoons available—which is surprising for a dessert that requires one. They offered a fork and knife instead, which isn’t exactly practical. Fast service, but missing a pretty basic essential.

  I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times, and yesterday was by far my worst experience there. They consistently take a long time to prepare food, which I’ve tried to be understanding about since they never seem to have many workers. However, they also tend to leave customers waiting at the front, ignoring them when they ask for a time estimate. It doesn’t matter whether you order online or at the kiosk, both take an excessive amount of time. I’ve even waited close to an hour before, and yesterday it took at least 30–45 minutes. The wait times aren’t even the worst part; it’s the employees’ attitudes. In the past, I’ve had staff roll their eyes and give me and my friends unnecessary attitude. Yesterday, though, was especially disappointing. After waiting 30–45 minutes, our order finally came out, but multiple items were missing. When my friend went to ask about it, the employee insisted she had put everything in the bag and responded with a poor attitude before eventually helping him. We were then told the apple pies would take a bit longer, so my friend stood there quietly waiting while I took the rest of the food out to the car. While he was waiting, we overheard employees talking negatively about him, even though he had simply asked about the apple pies. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before finally leaving (without the pies), frustrated and disrespected. Oh, I also forgot to mention that I’m STILL having stomach issues from the food. Like I’m in pain.. I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt many times, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to the McDonald’s at Pantops.

  Bathrooms were absolutely filthy, obviously not cleaned recently. Service slow.

  I order a wrap, it was cold, also ordered coffe, it was made in the morning or for a long time ago, almost cold and burned taste. The people servin the food was so rude.

  We waited FOREVER for our food. There was literally NO ONE inside eating, and there were probably 3 groups ahead of us inside waiting for food. They could not keep up with the orders, had someone constantly running food outside. We waited at least 30 minutes, they shorted us a fry, we went back over to the counter to tell them and had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring that over and then after all of that, the food was COLD. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED this location.
