  Devin helped us at the drive thru - really great customer service for someone younger in the work force. He made us laugh multiple times within the span of 2 minute order exchange. As people that used to work primarily food service jobs it's hard to maintain quality customer service at times so we always appreciate when we encounter quality customer service. He brightened our evening.

  I am not one to leave negative reviews unless I think it’s necessary. I’m not one to complain about wait time, long lines, etc, but I will complain about the customer service and treatment every time. After a 20 minute drive through wait, the woman at the pay window was so rude - literally confirmed my order was for Courtney, told me to go to the SECOND window because I had a mobile order and then yelled out the window that I needed to back up to the first window. Once at the first window, she asked what my order was, told me she didn’t see it, and then told me to go to the second window. The whole time she acted like this encounter was my fault and was so snotty. The lady at the second window though? Total sweetheart. Night and day difference.

  They closed at 12am and people were inside and they wouldn’t let me or my daughter in, not even through the drive through. Makes no sense especially since they were already serving people inside
