  I received outstanding customer service from the Deli department. The phone was answered and identified as the deli, and his name. 5/19/26 @ 830pm. The gentleman listened to my question and answered it courteously and informational . I was reassured my pre packaged meat was safe for consumption and reassured my family meal would be safe. To receive excellent customer so late in the day was terrific!! Way to GO 5th Street!

  I had to return an item because it was wrongly purchased. When I walked in they were busy but I was immediately greeted and made aware she would be right with me as she was working one of the registers. I maybe waited 3 mi uses, if that, she came over and returned my items while multi tasking other things. Great customer service!

  I had a very concerning experience at this Food Lion location. There was a misunderstanding that escalated, and I was accused of behavior that I strongly dispute. As a result, I ended up being detained, which I believe was unjustified. I’m currently addressing this situation through the proper legal channels and am requesting that any available video footage be reviewed to clarify what actually occurred. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into the situation thoroughly.
