A lady came in with 3 small kids one lady Tiffany was trying her best to take lobby orders and drive thru make drinks and food while Anna i believe I heard her called sat after eat for 15 minutes n just watched the other lady try to do everything. Headset on n all. Tiffany had to ask the customer at register to wait a second to greet and ask drive thru to hold while she finished inside.

It appeared that a new cashier was working, and we could clearly see she was struggling to enter our order correctly. Instead of stepping in to assist, her manager seemed visibly annoyed when she eventually asked for help, which made the interaction uncomfortable. We then waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. They announced one of them and handed it to me, but we continued waiting for the second drink. We later realized it had already been placed on the pickup shelf without anyone telling us. When we finally noticed it, the drink was completely wrong, so we decided to just leave. Unfortunately, the food quality wasn’t much better. The donuts were extremely soggy and wet. I ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles, and it was so wet that the chocolate icing coated the entire inside of the bag. The French Crullers were also extremely soggy—almost like a sponge—and we ended up throwing them away. What was especially concerning was witnessing employees sneeze into their hands and then continue working without washing or sanitizing their hands. Given that they were handling food and drinks, this was extremely concerning and made us question the cleanliness and food-handling practices at this location. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from the service to the food quality and cleanliness. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them, because this location has a lot of room for improvement. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
