  Ran out of forks had to eat with a spoon. Protein bowl is an excellent addition to the menu. The queso was loaded with sale and chips were stale and some soggy.

  I'm not sure which was worse, the food or the service. The food was not fresh, everything was super salty (and I love salt), and came together like a giant bowl of slop, thrown together by staff that 1) wasn't listening and 2) didn't speak English. My husband had to muddle his way through our order IN SPANISH to the person working there, and he knows very little Spanish. The experience was so bad that I'll never go back to another Chipotle anywhere. Absolutely disgusting food. Go anywhere else.

  Food upset my nearly unupsetable stomach. This is the second Chipotle that this has happened at in the last six months. It feels like this chain, which has been one of my favorites, is in decline.

  Very disappointed in this Chipotle location. Kept meaning to write a review but forgot and my friend recently had a similar experience there which drove me to this review. Insanely long wait times (one time over thirty minutes with only a few people in line and recently my friend waited an hour and a half for an online order), unprofessional behavior from staff (arguing etc.), uncleanliness, cold food/small portion sizes. It’s unfortunate because I want to love Chipotle and this location is the closest to my house. But I’ll never go back to this one.

  Usually have decent experiences at this location - tonight was totally different. We waited in line for approx. 20 min with only two people ahead of us both ordered for one with five employees working. Management (presumably) was seated in the dining room and yelled at the staff working to jump on the line to get a line down once three or four more people got in line behind us. One employee was chopping chicken (which the line was out of), one was mixing rice and one was taking over for someone going on a break. And when I say yelled, I mean she stayed seated and raised her voice to actually yell across the store to them since they were in the back. They’ll entire food prep area was a mess and they were out of brown rice and chicken when we began ordered. The whole experience was very disjointed. I ordered queso and we got to the check out before they told me they were out of chips (8:00pm when the store closes at 10:00pm). So I just said I didn’t want the item I had ordered. Had I known they were out when I started my order, I wouldve chosen differently. We took the other half of our order to go and when we opened it at home it had hair mixed into the cheese on top so we didn’t even eat that bowl. Overall wildly disappointed in not only the service but the food quality and experience. Lunchtime seems to be a better time to visit this store.
