  When the manager is not there to watch them they screw with the food. Another burrito where I watch the guy at the end of the line fold all the sour cream to the top.

  This was my first time to a Chipotle...and probably my last. The food was fair, the choices rather limited, and the service at this location poor. I was struggling to understand the options I had to choose from and told the server it was my first time in. You'd think that would result in a little description of a few things, but all I got was someone who barely communicated anything more than pointing at things.

  If I could give this location no stars, I would. Always messy and unorganized, running behind or out of ingredients. If you are thinking about stopping by don’t. You will probably end up feeling bad about your purchase. My last visit has for sure been my last and left a bad impression of the company overall.

  I placed a mobile order last night at 6:50 after getting off work after my 10hr shift for 7:10 chipoltane pickup, as soon as we pulled up 2 busses full of private school high school boys walked in and we had to wait until 7:40 to get our order. The guy in the drive thru window told us to come back around when we came through when our order wasn’t ready at 7:20. When we got home 40 mins later after picking up our order we realized they gave us the wrong order, we ordered 3 bowls and only 1 of them was correct and all of them were unlabeled. It’s the next day and I’m still irritated over the experience we had last night. Ive gone inside this chipotle before when it’s been packed and the energy inside is absolutely dreadful and negative.

  This chipotle has consistently went down hill since it opened. I visited this establishment yesterday 9/14 and had the most horrible experience. The food area was extremely dirty, the employees seemed like they had no idea what to do, one employee said it was his second day so not his fault but there was no one there to train him, they were literally out of almost every food item at the dinner rush and it didn’t seem like they had just ran out of these items. And what was odd is that even though they were out of food items, there was nothing cooking to replace the items. They told several customers before me that they were out of white rice but when I asked the time on more rice the cook said she only needed to mix it. So why had the rice not already been mixed and put on the line? The other employees were standing around laughing and horse playing. I was there for about 20 mins waiting on a bowl. There’s no way it should have taken this long. I’m sure they ran out of the remaining meat after I got my two bowls. There also appeared to be no manager on shift. This is the final straw for me for this Chipotle location. They need to do better or I imagine they’ll be closed soon.
