- HBHyun bin4 days ago1.0By far the worst people I’ve ever been to in my life. I don’t even care about the portions. They just didn’t have anything to give you to begin with. They had no proteins no pico no fajitas basically no toppings in my bowl was made of scraps the rice itself wasn’t even cilantro rice it was just regular Stale rice. I understand this is in a university, but this is by far the most underprepared I’ve seen at chipotle kitchen in my life. This makes me never want a step foot near any Chipotle ever again. The workers did not seem at least bit sorry and it was disgusting in there. Never going there ever again.

However, I was informed that I was not able to purchase the chips because I didn’t order on the app. I can purchase on September 4. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever been blocked from ordering food that is available. I feel for the staff who are clearly informed that they must follow this ridiculous policy. I hope those chips that are only for select customers go stale.
