  I love this chick-fil-a they are always fast and efficient. My order is always correct and hot. Their mac and cheese is my favorite and I even got a free tour for being a red member. Their reward system is the best of any other fast food place!

  We dined in. Joy took our order and was excellent. In the middle of our order her system logged her out. She asked a team member for help and the team member (Carrie)could have cared less she barely looked at the screen and walked off saying I don’t know. Joy was trying to figure out then went to the shift lead who helped her set up on a different screen. Finally got my order in after 4 people in line behind had already placed their order. I ordered a water and when Joy started making the cup of water it came out with a hint of red, she said it was like that because it’s next to the red juice. I said I don’t want that water if it has juice leaking into it. Joy said she understood and offered me a bottle of water or she could keep running it until the red was gone. The same supervisor lady (Carrie) who didn’t want to help fix the screen so Joy could take our order is now all of a sudden so helpful that she decides to walk over and informs Joy that she has to charge me for the bottle of water she offered me. I ended up walking away with no drink. I asked for chick fil a sauce and jalapeño ranch I was given my tray with no ranch. I waited off to side for it, the same team member who handed me my order told me they don’t have any.. you would think if you’re handing someone their order you would tell them you were out of one of the items that’s on their receipt instead of them waiting to ask for it.

  They had no drive through lanes but great runners making sure people got their food hot and ready.

  Ordered a chicken mini meal through the app at 10:14am for a walk in pick up order to save time and be within the breakfast window. First time using the app. I placed my order, it said submitted, & my debit card was charged. Finished up a bit of work and took and early lunch to pick up my order. Arrived to find my order not there, the store had no history of my order, and since it was after breakfast they couldn’t help me. They told me to cancel my order and it should disappear from my card in a couple days. Well I cancelled the order and now have no proof of payment. I asked how I would be refunded if there’s no history of payment or order and he said some how they would figure it out….I then had to ORDER AND PAY FOR A SECOND MEAL WITH NO GUARANTEE THE FIRST ONE WOULD BE CHARGED OFF. So somehow they would give me a free meal or something for the first mistake and then charged me for a second meal. So I wasted my lunch break, was late to work, spent $40 on a $12 meal I don’t even want because I wanted something for lunch at that point. The last 12 count nugget meal was half inedible. Everyone is nice there, but Rob just didn’t have any real answers for me. It’s not his fault. I called customer service to try to figure it out afterwards and they were not much more helpful. What I did find was that even if you make a mobile order, they don’t start making your meal until you get there and say your at the store so it doesn’t get cold, which is nice. But also kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save som time.
