  I decided to try something new ;salmon and it was delicious. The staff was excellent as usual and provided great recommendations and allowed me to taste the strawberry dressing which was amazing! Thank you for great service and your special accommodation :)

  Thank you Billy and Ryan for giving me and my fiancé great customer service and for delivering a fresh bowl to our table, which tasted delicious! Also have to mention how tidy and clean the facility is which makes a great atmosphere with the music playing in background! They definitely need a raise!

  I walked in on my birthday hoping I could get some free pita chips (because they’re delicious), until my account wouldn’t scan. Billy, my cashier, made sure I got my pita chips anyways and I attribute my happiness on my birthday to him, the pita chips, and cava.

  To start, I have allergies to fish/shellfish and to the alpha-gal protein found in mammals. Charlottesville is a town full of restaurants, but this is one of the five places I feel safe eating in. When I ordered yesterday the employee Aaron was changing his gloves before I told him I had allergies, he was helpful and really knew the menu, which made it easier. Instead of what is usually a slightly awkward conversation, he was helpful and easy to joke with, he had some food allergies too. The service was great, the food was great, filled me up, and was definitely fresh. Billy helped me at the register and I enjoyed talking with him, they communicated about my allergy even though Billy had no hand in touching my food. I have eaten there a lot in the past and will keep on doing so. - Their bowl system helps a lot for allergies and avoiding cross-contamination while offering something for everyone in a group. - Aaron and Billy were great, will look forward to seeing them again. - Go CAVA!
