  The best Cava location in Virginia. William is awesome. Always gives exceptional service and the food is always 12/10!!!! All of the staff is amazing!

  My lamb meatballs arrived raw. The first two photos are of two of the three meatballs that were, indeed, raw. The third photo is of a fourth meatball that was not raw. When we called the store to alert them of the issue, they dismissed us and said that it is simply the harissa paste making the meatballs red. As a cook, I know what raw meat looks like. But also, if that were the case, the fourth meatball would also be that color, not brown (cooked). I’d say it’s an honest mistake, but doubling down once alerted rather than checking their remaining food for issues, seems like not great business.

  I’ve been here plenty of times and have never been disappointed! I went the other night a little before closing and they still had great energy and were very nice! Aaron stood out to me the most. Very positive attitude and actually seemed interested in small talk and speaking with me. While eating a large group of younger kids came in and he had nothing but patience with them while they figured out what to order! 10/10!!
