  Stood in front of the register for close to 5 minutes and no one, and I mean no one attempted to take my order. Finally a young lady with a headset stepped up to the register, but never made eye contact, entered an order and walked away helping herself to the bin of Nacho Fries as she walked by. Finally after it was apperant no one was going to take my order, I ordered for Grab n Go, and received my order within 4 minutes of ordering. Tables not wiped clean, and the bin of sauces was dirty and most selections empty. It's rare we get the urge to have Taco Bell, but if it happens again, it won't be this location, I'll drive a little further and go to Southern Walk. . .

  The manager is TERRIBLE. This happened on July 4th, 2026 at around 1:30 p.m. They messed up on my sister order. She went up to the counter lot ask them to fix her order. The manager was very combative and dismissive. She ultimately asked for a refund after the manager stated he made the order and everything was right. Clearly the order was not made right. He was blaming my sister about their mistake. We asked for his name but he was so defensive and mean. He refunded her in cash and it was not for the right amount. I thought you were supposed to refund by using the original payment method. They also had a lady who was not in Taco Bell’s uniform behind the counter area giving my sister looks. She was standing there and they gave her a bag of food which she got for free. We will be escalating this further to the corporate office.

  They prepare food slower than a 5 star michelin restaurant. I saw 8 workers and 5 of them were just fooling around. It took 30 minutes for my mobile order after I arrived. Guess I am never going back to this location.

  Ordered a Cantina Veggie Mexican Pizza at the Defender Drive drive-thru on June 26, 2026 (order #911173). Every item in our order was modified to vegetarian. We were served a Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza instead. We are a vegetarian family and a family member who is vegetarian for religious reasons ate some before we realized it was chicken. I have photos. Mixing up a veggie order with a meat one is a serious mistake for vegetarian, religious, or allergy customers. I am asking the store to make it right and to tighten how they check these orders.

  WHY IS MY GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO ALWAYS BLACK (3 times now). it’s not that hard to just wait a couple seconds and take it out??? And they’re always Soo SLOW. At least 30 minutes for a small box order.
