  If I could give this a zero Inwould. Why am I waiting over 2 hours for some simple food. I’m so annoyed. There is enough business for this to have more funding to become more efficient. Next time I’ll just drive over to the freaking McDonalds. At least they’ll give me my food in less than 20.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Taco Bell last night. I ordered my food and they gave me almost the entire wrong order. When I spoke to the manager, I was told, “Come back tomorrow and I’ll give you your order for free.” So I came back today expecting them to make things right, and somehow the situation became even worse. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and arguing instead of actually helping resolve the problem. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad over a simple food order. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. If you’re going to promise a customer that you’ll fix the problem, actually follow through and treat them with basic respect. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be rushing back.

  I genuinely don’t understand how a fast food restaurant can run so slowly. I placed a mobile order, app only drive thru pickup. There were about 12 cars, didn’t seem bad, but once you’re past the speaker, you’re basically trapped. It took well over an hour from check-in to getting my food. I’ve had sit down restaurants bring me food faster than that. That’s not fast food, that’s a serious operational failure. Management needs to figure out what’s going wrong, whether it’s staffing or drive thru operations, because this experience was unacceptable. I left with my food, but honestly, after waiting that long, I wasn’t even excited to eat it anymore.

  I placed an order at 10:02pm at this Taco Bell and I'm currently still in line at the drive thru as it's 11:18pm. Every single time I've been to this location I've waited 40+ mins for my food. I parked my car to go inside to try to pick up my food instead and they told me to cancel my order and reorder it. I go to try to reorder it and online ordering is closed. The line hasn't moved at all since I went inside to try to pick up the order. Avoid this location, do not go here.

  I do not recommend this Taco Bell. The customer service is consistently poor every time I visit. The front door clearly states is open until 3:00 AM, but when you go inside, there's a handwritten sign on a self-service screen saying they stop taking orders at 10:00 PM. If that's the case, why keep the dining room open if customers can't order? The only reason I tried ordering inside was because the drive-thru is always extremely slow and the line is usually very long. Even after waiting, the staff frequently have an unfriendly attitude and the orders are wrong. Between the confusing hours, slow service, incorrect orders, and poor customer service, this location has been consistently disappointing.
