I ordered the Kubideh beef kabob, which is supposed to be a highlight of any Persian/Iranian restaurant, but what I received was far from acceptable. The kabob was completely overcooked and burned. It was extremely hard and dry, not tender or juicy at all. In fact, it was so tough that it was difficult to even cut with a knife. This is basic for Kubideh, and it’s surprising that it was done so poorly. Kubideh kabob is a specialty dish that requires proper technique and care, and unfortunately, this restaurant clearly does not get it right. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming here—especially if you’re expecting authentic or well-prepared kabobs.
