Overall a good experience
I went for a business lunch so the focus was limited however despite the place being full it was easy to converse
Food was good. Limited veggie choices but option to replace any burger with veggie option was nice.
The complementary chips were fresh, crispy but excessivly seasoned, served with a tasteful dip.
Overall a good experience

David M. was absolutely amazing from the moment we sat down. Friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional, he made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and handled everything with a positive attitude and genuine care. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and his excellent service did not go unnoticed. One of the best servers we’ve had in a long time!!

Went there with reservation but the line was long and we were told that we still had to wait in the line. They got us a table pretty quickly though. The waitress was attentive and the atmosphere was nice. The food was good for the most part except for the Mediterranean Chicken that needed some improvement as the chicken was very dry and tasted a bit burnt and the rice was hard to chew. I think on the next visit I would skip on that one.

went to Lazy Dog on 05/02/2026 and had the pleasure of having Rue as our waitress. Heaven sent ! She was amazing, great, kind, and beyond customer service and very attention to detail. For someone like me who has high food allergies and Crohn's it can be hard to go out to eat but Rue's compassion and care made it alllll worth it. Thank you as well to the manager (I didn't get his name ) who helped along the way. The food was seasoned heavenly, the atmosphere was great and laid back, and the service was beyond expectations! Oh as well thank you host for the dog bandana's, sunglasses, and butterfly stickers! You are all amazing , and don't forget that !

Surprised this place has such high reviews. Service was quite poor - took 15 minutes after being seated and asking for water to receive said water. The water was also never refilled despite sitting empty or near empty most of the meal.
Food was also quite poor. Ordered a BBQ Bacon Ranch burger cooked medium and a pasta, which took 35 minutes to come out. The burger was completely overcooked and tasted like ash. The pasta was bad.
Also ordered dessert - a banana pudding and a brownie. This took another 20 minutes to come after the server said she'd put the order in for it. The server blamed the brownie for the delay - it was not warm and also overcooked. The banana puding was also bad.
