Their behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and conveyed a sense of superiority that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. No employee should use their position to belittle or discriminate against customers. I hope management investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to ensure all guests are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
