- MHMaggee Hill3 days ago1.0We ordered four sprinkled donuts through the drive thru and it cost $9. Not only that, but we were asked for a tip - at the drive thru! When I got to my destination three minutes later, I took the donuts out of the bag, and the icing had come off of one of the donuts and was all over the bag. If you’re going to charge over $2 a donut and ask for a tip, you should at least put the donuts in a box so that they’re neat and still intact by the time I get to where I’m going!

Since the new General Manager took over the Chantilly location, though, this store has completely changed, and it has become my favorite Dunkin’ again! ❤️ You can genuinely tell that she cares about the store, her customers, and especially her employees. The entire team is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Service is honestly the best in the area. My orders are always accurate, the store is incredibly clean and organized, and everything feels so well managed. I especially love the atmosphere of this location. There is a great energy when you walk in, and it’s obvious that the team works well together and is treated with respect. That really makes a difference and shows in the way they treat customers. The organization, professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service are truly impeccable. I actually find myself wanting to come back more often because of how consistently amazing the experience is. Huge credit to the General Manager and her team for bringing this store back to life! You can absolutely see the positive difference she has made. 💯☕️🍩 Highly recommend this location!
