  Ordered the apple fritters and not only are they good but were larger than the ones I used to get when I lived in Ohio.

  Very kind staff. I had to come back there to pick up my order because my dasher left it there. They immediately asked to remake the drinks for me as they were watered down by now; I didn’t even have to ask. I really appreciate it.

  This is from an encounter from the morning of February 8th 2026 that’s been haunting me to this day. I was at the drive thru with my little sister and we ordered 2 drinks and a bagel with cream cheese. The lady who took our order was very obnoxious and yelled at repeating something I didn’t hear her say the first time around when she was confirming our order, which as someone with social anxiety (I’m working on it!😅) already had me very nervous. We pull up, they give us our order, and out of nervousness I try to be as quick as possible about it. As we drive away, my sister takes out the bagel and sees it’s literally just a plain bagel thrown in there, no cream cheese. So dreadfully, I turn back. With all the courage I could muster, I ask if they could put cream cheese on the bagel. This time the lady brings out her manager who proceeds to yell at us to “PROVE WE GOT THE BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE, DO YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT??!” I want to leave so badly but gotta get my lil sis her cream cheese bagel, right? I show them the bag and it says CREAM CHEESE on it. Manager proceeds to look like it’s a really big ordeal to do this for us, hands me a cream cheese container. Lil sis wants the cream cheese on the bagel already, like any Dunkin would’ve done it so rightfully so… I ask if they can do this, but they give some stupid excuse about how “The bagel has been touched by you guys so legally we can’t put cream cheese on it now. Giving you the cream cheese container is the best we can do”. I’m having heart palpitations at this point and just don’t want to be interacting with these people who look like they’re about to jump us just for being there. I drive away in a hurry again. Lil sister is still unhappy because now we have a bagel and a container with cream cheese and no utensil they put in the bag for it. Yes my social anxiety is a problem, but it would’ve been manageable if this establishment didn’t literally yell at their customers, accuse them of lying about their order, and made up excuses about not being able to fix an order when THEY are the ones who got it wrong. If you’ve got some tough skin and like getting into verbal confrontation with customer service then perhaps this place would be your cup of tea.
