  I want to preface this by stating that my experience was with the evening shift (after 7pm), for whatever that’s worth. But this was by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten from, and I’ve been a chipotle faithful since the glory days, when there burritos looked like newborns. My burrito had a hole in the side of it, on top of being poorly wrapped. The food was sort of nasty, which I didn’t think would be possible, but somehow it didn’t have that signature taste. It was also cold, so I reheated my food on the pan. I ordered ahead of time and despite me arriving 20 minutes later, my food still wasn’t ready. And I was going to just go my separate way and not leave a review, but I just realized that they didn’t even give me my whole order. The service was also meh. The front staff appeared bummed out to even have business. If you are getting food past 7pm, the two best Chipotle alternatives is Franklin Farm rd and Main Street in Fairfax!

  i asked for a steak bowl with white rice no beans, no lettuce, cheese, sour cream, corn, tomato, and guacamole. After I arrived home i open and see that they gave me chicken instead of steak, added pinto beans, and lettuce and forgot sour cream and my guacamole. Our food was meant to be ready at 10:30 and they scrambled to get our food together and ready when we arrived and asked them if my pickup was ready. The two men behind the counter need to be retrained or away from doing bowls when they can’t get the order correct

  The food at Chipotle was really good, and the customer service was on point. The staff were helpful, kind, and welcoming, making the atmosphere comfortable for everyone. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

  I have celiac disease (gluten “allergy” that cannot handle even the smallest trace amount of gluten). I spoke to the manager in charge at the time when there was no one in the restaurant and explained my situation and ensured I do not want to inconvenience anyone. I requested if I could have gloves changed and new utensils and fresh items from the back since I know only the tortillas have gluten in them (but just in case there was any cross contact). I understand if it was busy or they simply did not want to open a new batch of ingredients for any reason. However, it was the demeanor in which she said no. I was very confused as to why it was such a big ask as I’ve see on Reddit that Chipotle has accommodated this situation before.
