  Terrible service, especially after 9pm, when the staff gets more concerned with closing than actually helping customers. We ordered food for our family of 6 and arrived 20 minutes after the app said it was ready - they hadn't started making the food yet. They have us queso instead of guacamole; they gave me salsa I didn't want on my bowl, despite the fact I ordered a burrito; and they have my son soft tacos when he ordered crunchy. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5-10 minutes to another location if you really want Chipotle. It's not worth gambling with the gross incompetence of the people working here.

  This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I placed a mobile order, and the app said it was ready about 20 minutes before we arrived. When we got there, our order wasn’t ready at all. The ticket was just hanging behind the counter, and no one had even started making it. We ended up standing there waiting while they made an order that was supposedly “ready.” Then they got part of the order wrong. My brother specifically ordered hard shell tacos, but they gave him soft tacos instead. It’s a basic order to get right, and it completely ruined his meal. To make things worse, they were out of guacamole. Instead of notifying us, asking if we wanted a substitution, or refunding the missing item, they simply replaced it with queso without our permission. Guacamole and queso are completely different, and that changed both my bowl and my mom’s bowl in a way we didn’t want. If you’re out of an ingredient, at least give customers the choice instead of making the decision for them. A mobile order that wasn’t made despite being marked ready, incorrect items, and unauthorized substitutions all in the same visit is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve its communication and quality control.

  Came in at 10:49pm for a burrito and I was told the they clean the tortilla press at 10:45pm door outside says the it closes at 11pm. The only menu item available was a burrito bowl.

  I asked for double steak. I got maybe 1 serving spoonful of steak. Chipotle needs to improve their steak portion sizes for how much they are charging. Some pieces of the steak are just too fatty too. The workers were kind, so I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. The rest of the bowl tasted good. However, Chipotle skimping out on protein portion sizes and increasing their prices is getting old.
