- CRChristine Richardson2 days ago5.0Never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. Today was a carryout lunch. The fries weren't quite as good as usual but they were ok. Maybe it was the fact that we were eating on the go today instead of sitting down at the restaurant to enjoy our meal, so it was fries were eaten after our main entree, instead of along with.

In the drive-thru, I was handed a drink with the lid not properly secured, which immediately spilled all over the front of my car, center console, and items in my passenger seat. When I brought it to their attention, the response was a quick “sure” and “sorry,” with no real urgency or ownership of the situation. I had to ask four separate times for napkins before finally receiving any help—and the drink was never replaced. Accidents happen, but the lack of awareness and basic service recovery was disappointing. I expected much better from Chick-fil-A.
