  This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at CAVA. About one out of every five to ten orders ends up incomplete, and today was especially frustrating. My pickup time was 12:45 PM, but I didn’t receive my order until 1:10 PM — and even then, items were missing. The most disappointing part is that whenever I actually receive chips, it’s only because I explicitly ask for them again. Otherwise, they’re simply left out of the order. At this point, it honestly feels like customers are being shorted unless they double-check everything. I really like the food, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Because of these repeated issues, I won’t be coming back to CAVA again. Order ID 8947970526 missing side Pita chips like usual

  In my mind, contemporary Hispanic/Mediterranean food. Example, spicy lamb meatballs... Never had Black Lentils before; they looked like stunted black beans but were VERY tasty...

  Chicken seemed like it was from the day before and the portions are just too small. I would give it negative stars if I could.

  Let me start by saying that Cava is usually really good. However, I went and got my usual from this particular cava and it was trash. the greens or dressing must have been wet or extra runny, and the meatballs were grainy and mushy. I was very disappointed. I don’t know what happened or why this bowl was trash but cava Chantilly you gotta do better.
