This is the best location in Northern Virginia. The staff is friendly, and they always get my orders correct.

CAVA is a great option if you want a quick meal with plenty of choices. One of my favorite things about the restaurant is how customizable the food is. You can choose different bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces, so it is easy to create a meal based on what you like. The food has a lot of flavor, and the portions are generally filling without feeling excessive. The ingredients also seem fresh, which makes the meal feel different from typical fast food. The restaurant has a modern and casual atmosphere, making it a good place for a quick lunch or dinner. The ordering process is simple, and the staff generally keeps the line moving. However, it can get pretty busy during lunch and dinner, so there may be a wait when a lot of people arrive at the same time. Some of the menu options can also become a little expensive when you add several extras. Overall, I would give CAVA 5 out of 5 stars. The customizable menu, flavorful food, and quick service make it a place I would visit again. Even though it can get crowded and the price can increase with additional toppings, I think the overall quality makes it worth trying.

Me and my family have came to this specific location many times and have always been happy with the service and quality of the food but today, whoever the shift manager was for the evening, in the middle of a rush hour line came out and and called all the employees together begging the register to say her due diligence and her vibe said it all. In front of the customers she was “correcting” and telling her employees what she expected and that was not professional at all. The employees came back to the line looking like they were biting their tongue. I’ll continue to come to this establishment because I’ve always enjoyed the quality and the service but today was a disappointment. A leader should lead by example and she should be ashamed of her “management skills”
