  Today, I was planning to order online for pickup from CAVA, but my family decided to dine in instead. We visited the CAVA located at 14337 Newbrook Dr Ste 500, Chantilly, VA 20151. We live in a nearby neighborhood and have ordered from this location many times before for pickup and takeout. Unfortunately, this visit made us feel very disappointed. The staff did not seem kind or welcoming, and the way they spoke to us felt rude. I asked to build my own bowl and requested falafel and vegetables. One staff member told me only one portion was allowed. I mentioned that when we order online, it does not usually show an extra charge for that, but he seemed upset and passed the order to another employee. The lady who continued making the bowl made us feel like we were asking for something for free. When I asked for just a little bit of dressing, she poured it all over the bowl. We came there to spend time as a family, enjoy healthy food, and have a good dining experience. Food should make people feel happy and comfortable, but this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this, we do not feel like visiting this location again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and a more respectful experience for customers.

  This has quickly become one of my fav eating spots. Healthy, wholesome options, that are delicious and filling. Always clean and friendly staff.

  Beware of ordering food for delivery from this location! I ordered three items for delivery, one of which was a salmon salad. The salmon salad had no salmon, so we called them and told them. I had the order on my phone, showing all the details, but their receipt did not match my order. So I paid $20 for rice and lettuce. The guy who answered their phone gave us one option: drive up there—during a rush-hour thunderstorm—to pick the salmon up, which we couldn’t do, and should not have had to do anyway. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service anywhere. They make a mistake, and we are expected to pay for their mistake.
