  Had an issue with my order tonight — only 6 of the 18 wings made it into the delivery — but you guys handled it immediately, no questions asked. Mistakes happen, and I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the team made it right by remaking the missing items and sending them back out. You guys are awesome! Appreciate y’all coming through clutch like LeBron! 😄

  The food looked great and was made perfectly. First time going to Pizza Hut in years where for an online order pickup they didn’t ask Again for a tip when picking up

  I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time. When I gave my name, I was told the order wasn’t ready, so I waited. After sitting there for about 30 minutes with no updates, I went back to the counter to ask for a status. The employee said they didn’t realize I had already checked in, which was frustrating since I had clearly spoken to staff when I arrived. When I questioned the delay, I was told the order had been canceled by accident. At no point did a manager step in to address the situation or attempt to resolve the issue. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I will be taking my business to another location going forward.
