  I got a takeout order of 8pc boneless chicken placed through their app and didn’t have any issues. The chicken pieces were thoroughly mixed in the sauce. For a fast-food restaurant, I’d say this spot was pretty good. I didn’t have to wait much to get my order. The place itself is pretty small so plan to do takeout orders.

  This location consistently fails to have orders ready for pickup, creating significant delays that impact the entire delivery process. When I informed the staff that I could not wait beyond a reasonable timeframe, the individuals at the counter became openly hostile and aggressive. Instead of addressing the service delay, they resorted to intimidation tactics and verbal harassment, actually shouting at me to 'not come back.' Let’s be clear: why on earth would I want to come back to a store that doesn’t have their act together? I am an independent contractor, not their employee, and I have absolutely no interest in wasting my time or my gas waiting for a kitchen that can’t manage its own operations. They are only highlighting their own incompetence. If you are a driver or a customer, avoid this location the employees are unprofessional and rude if you value your time and expect a professional environment.

  I was order a pizza to my job and They want the room numbers when I told them just ask for my name on the front desk because I work there and behind the phone was a rude guy saying he need the room number, but before that he was having issues with hearing what I was saying I repeat my phone number more than 3 times He don't get it. Other issues was I telling him the address he couldn't find address too this was a really bad experience, This place is a really bad to take order on phone calls very bad communication. So rude to talk and take orders and instructions

  Had an issue with my order tonight — only 6 of the 18 wings made it into the delivery — but you guys handled it immediately, no questions asked. Mistakes happen, and I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the team made it right by remaking the missing items and sending them back out. You guys are awesome! Appreciate y’all coming through clutch like LeBron! 😄
