  If it were possible to give a zero star review I would. We have given this place too many chances and today was the last straw. Staff was rude, I was told to pull into a spot to wait for my food 20 minutes later, and after the staff bring the incorrect or incomplete three times, I had to leave without part of my order. And the food we did receive, somehow was cold and burnt at the same time. I also almost had my car backed into by three vehicles trying to leave the "reserved for drive thru" spots on the way in. That should have been a sign. TLDR version: service is AWFUL, should be labeled "slow" food, food is below standard, and parking lot is crazy, but they do have a play place.

  Waited over 10 minutes in a parking spot for order, at which point only the food came out. While trying to get them to get the drinks, it took a further 5 minutes and they only brought out one of the drinks. Did not have time to wait for the other drink and had to leave. Food was stone cold when it came out, so clearly had been sitting for a while before being brought out. Will not be back to this location. Service has always been middling to bad at this location, and this is the final straw.

  Stopped pass to get a quick breakfast sandwich only to experience racism from a Latina manager she left my money at the register for anyone to come along and take it. Very poor customer service unacceptable

  I visited McDonald’s on May 6 around 7:28 PM, and I had a very disappointing experience with the manager on duty. The interaction felt extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made the visit uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and addressed appropriately to improve customer service going forward.

  El servio es el peor de cualquier restaurante en el área, las personas que tienen al frente deberían de ser amigables y por lo menos tener una pequeña sonrisa en el rostro, pero ellos atienden como que los clientes fuéramos culpables de que ellos estén trabajando, es como que les estuviera pidiendo la comida regalada.
