Sunday morning waited for curb side for almost half an hour. Went inside, order still not ready. Manager could have cared less. No apologies. Don't offer curb side if you don't want guests to use it. Customer next to me didn't get order either.

At first glance, it seems new and clean, but dont let it fool you. Customer service is non existent, food takes to long if you cab believe that, staff seems focused on the drive through and mobile orders, the exact thing that killed Starbucks. Go some where else.

Wish I could give them a negative rating. Placed a mobile order at 3:20 am, drove 7 freaking miles only to get told the order is cancelled. The store manager or some guy at the speaker is oblivious, why couldn’t they cancel the order when it was placed? I would’ve saved my time.
I had a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s, especially because of how poorly the customer service handled the situation. My order was made incorrectly, and instead of simply fixing the mistake or providing a refund, I was met with an extremely disrespectful attitude.
What made the situation even worse was that I was not the one who made the mistake—the restaurant got my order wrong. I expected the staff to at least listen to my concern and try to resolve the issue. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as if I was the problem for asking for a refund for something I did not receive correctly.
The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than calmly discussing the situation, the interaction became unnecessarily hostile. The most shocking part was being threatened with having the police called. I found that completely inappropriate and intimidating, especially over a simple customer-service issue involving an incorrect order and a refund.
Customers should be able to report a mistake without being disrespected or made to feel threatened. If McDonald’s makes an error with an order, the customer should not have to argue or deal with threats just to get the issue resolved. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but that does not excuse treating customers this way.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. The incorrect order was frustrating enough, but the disrespectful behavior and threat to call the police made the experience much worse. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the customer service because customers deserve to be treated respectfully when something goes wrong.
I want my refund!!!

Today I visted McDonalds for a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. The instant I opened the box to enjoy my burger, I noticed on the top of the bun there was mold, clear as day. I'd understand if it was a hard to see spot, but it was right there as soon as you look at the burger. However, what bugged me the most about the expierence is how I was treated after I brought up the moldy burger. There was barely an interaction. They took the burger, gave me a new one, and all I was left with was a "sorry". Didn't get introduced to a manager, or given a real apology about given a burger that had MOLD on it... Mold on food shouldn't be treated as a simple interaction. And the new burger they gave me didn't have mold, but somehow was worse than the original one. Didn't have much ketchup, small amounts of onions, and no pickles... Was already out of my mcdonalds phase and trying to give it another shot, but definitely never going back.
