  I had a very disappointing experience today at the Western Union counter inside Giant Food at this location. The employees who assisted me Maria and Cris were extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessionals. They did not properly help me to get my money back which was cancelled by western union and they said lie that we told you how the procedure will be, even though they didn’t mention anything. Maira started judging my personal life. I told her that Cris didn’t tell me about the procedure but she started to stare at me and got aloud. They lie to me that I told you about the procedure and I told her no you didn’t still she kept lying then I told her that I will call someone to check the cameras. She said the cameras are not working. My question is from Gaint manager supervisor or owner if the camera doesn’t work, why you install it in the store? I was there more than 40 minutes and they didn’t give my money as cash which I gave them. They give me money order and refuse to give my money back even though I requested her I can get it tomorrow. Also she started to threaten me, you will lost your money if you didn’t accept the money order, then Cris was following her and he said same thing as her.They ruin my day, and give me a bad headache. I hope management reviews this situation, as customer service — especially when handling financial services like Western Union — should always be respectful and professional.

  Mel was in produce and helped find all we needed. We are from out of town and he was very pleasant and helpful. He is new but is an asset to the organization.

  I live 2 blocks away and have been shopping at your store for over 10 years, typically spending $10,000-$15,000 a year there. You have the worst self checkout ever! I’ve complained to management twice about this and nothing has been done! I watched your employees help at least 5 people with this same problem while waiting in line, then it happened to me too (again)! It happens literally EVERY TIME I use the self checkout! Machines always malfunctioning or timing out when you change bags. Then both employees walked away after helping other customers, even though my light was flashing. You guys need AT LEAST two cashiers on duty at all times!!! I just waited 20 minutes for self checkout, then left because I’m not giving you any more money for your crappy service. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN!!! I will gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to get my groceries elsewhere!!!! PS: You only got one star because I can’t give you zero!

  Your self checkout employees need to pay attention, review your footage from 3/27/26 from 1:25 PM. She assisted an employee before the customers, did not ID for alcohol, simply asked the birthday. I stayed she should help customers before an employee, she stated "She's being a pain in the ass", I said that's between you and your manager. It's always the same person...
