  I visited this store for the first time while passing through the area and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service—especially from an employee named Maria, who had the patience and good humor to clear up my confusion regarding a situation. I appreciate her help.

  I just want to commend Miss Vanessa with the online pick up! She is so hard working, always has the most pleasant disposition and is so helpful with finding the substitutions when needed. My food is always handled with care and she is always beaming with that lovely smile. Please hold onto this gem of a person and acknowledge her and all she does! I am grateful for her!

  Very disappointing customer service. I asked several employees for help finding a product, but no one was willing to assist me. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. I left without finding what I needed. Hopefully customer service improves in the future.

  I called this store to speak with the hiring manager about employment opportunities. A man in customer service answered the phone. When I asked to be transferred to the hiring manager, he responded with something I couldn’t hear clearly and then put me on hold for about 10 minutes. After waiting with no update, I eventually hung up. I called back and again asked to speak with the hiring manager. The employee said he was transferring me, although he sounded irritated or uninterested in helping. Instead of being transferred, I just heard buttons being pressed and then the call suddenly disconnected. After that, I called two more times and nobody answered. If the hiring manager wasn’t available, I would have appreciated a simple explanation. Being left on hold, having my call disconnected, and then being unable to get anyone to answer was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This should have been a simple inquiry, but the lack of communication and customer service made it unnecessarily difficult. As of now, I still have not been able to get in contact with the hiring manager. For reference, this entire experience took place over roughly 40 minutes, from 10:40 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.
