- VBVibrant BriJul 2, 20261.0Spoke with Sam, who stated he was the manager. I told him he did not do my pizza correct and just wanted done the right way. I said the pizza did not reflect extra cheese nor feta, he argued with me and said it does he made it his self and I was not correct. He told me it’s under the cheese. I told him it’s not. I asked for his manager he said he is the manager. I said you are not nice and I’ll call corporate. I’ll never order from this dominos again.

When I called to tell them there was a mistake they told me I didn’t order there and to call another location, I called them back bc this was the number that it gave me online to call if I have questions about my order and then they told me that the order i received was correct !!! Who orders 2 pepperoni pizzas with jalapeño only on half. If I wanted that I would have ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni with jalapeño. It makes no sense. Horrible customer service.

The food quality has dropped significantly compared to what it used to be, and the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the order was not handled professionally. It’s frustrating to see a place that was once reliable decline so much. I hope management addresses these issues and focuses on improving both the food quality and customer service.
