  Ordered 12pm 5/19 Tue. I always order from this location. This location is usually decent but today was just unacceptable. It tasted as if someone untrained decided to take over the kitchen. It did not taste like chipotle. Just salt. Not usual chipotle seasoning flavor. Look at the steaks. Dry and cuts are way too big. Guac had stems and it tasted like lime juice and unripe avocado and nothing else. And look at the veggies I collected from guac and my bowl. They look like they have been sitting and rotting in the bottom of veggie container for weeks. I felt sick seeing that in my bowl so i stopped eating. I was already 5 bites deep.

  Very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. Kai H, who was handling the pickup orders and wearing glasses, was very rude. I understand it can get busy, but a little patience and helpfulness would’ve gone a long way. The cashier also wasn’t very helpful. My order was under my daughter’s name, and I accidentally gave my name instead. Instead of trying to help figure it out, I was met with poor attitude and no effort to assist. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

  No nice way of putting this, from the appalling service( small portions ) and rude attitude from the staff. I will avoid this place from now on as it seems management does not seem to care( maybe they are the problem) this is consistent with every visit. I will no longer be coming here.

  I've seen employees at this location get in trouble for serving fair portions, but exceptions seem to be made for anyone that knows the manager personally. Every time I see a lively conversation happening between the manager and a customer, that customer (or family) is getting loaded up with extra meat and toppings. Meanwhile I'm watching them shake the spoon until half the chicken falls off and not even put the entire scoop onto my burrito. They literally turn the spoon away from you, thinking you won't notice them putting the meat back in the tin. This style of service is uniform among the staff at this location, and this is the only location where I see this. Please start giving fair servings at this location. I shouldn't have to call it out every time.

  Absolutely not the rice was plain it almost taste like Chinese white rice. It has no salt. It has no lemon in it at all. In the way that the employees tonight around 8 PM we’re making the food was ridiculous. There were such a rush that they decided to make their own meal Instead of asking me what I want. They need to take their time and stop assuming that people want something in their platter. Not to include, they weren’t rushing for the other customers, but for me in my family perhaps because we’re black it made them nervous. I’m not sure, but there was trying to rush us out of the door basically and the guy who was making our food was extremely nervous to make our food in in a rush
