  There is no excuse for how disgusting Jacqueline is as a food preparation person. I made sure to get her name because what I saw shook me to the core and I wouldnt be surprised if someone physically attacked her one day. I would've thought it was just me but the guy ahead of me was upset because she was literally throwing his food into his bowl sloppily and with no concern to the fact someone was just trying to eat a well arranged bowl of food, that i could tell was no longer appetizing to him because of the way his food was handled. Me and my child were no different, even after I thought I was lucky someone else prepared the food Jacqueline came out of no where and asked the girl who's food it was, then she picked up our soft shelled quesadillas, raised them high up, then dropped them. If this is the level of professionalism your food prep shows you should not worry about profit or customers because just how I am never returning, I am sure others also will avoid this place. Especially as hopefully soon I can make a video about this person and this Chipotle location for Youtube.

  Do not come to this location. This is my 3rd time having an issue with this chipotle location. The other two encounters I have pushed aside to give the staff benefit of the doubt. But this third time is truly not ok. The staff needs to have a long meeting with HR and their manager. They are unprofessional, careless, and uneducated with the restaurant. My husband has gone in to order for myself and our toddler. When my husband was telling the worker what to put on the bowl, she did not listen and cared to put a different item instead. Then when corrected, she completely ignores what my husband says and tells him "we do not have that at the moment" when there was clearly enough. Im making this review because we are giving you money to your restaurant. The total price was more than $40. This location needs to get new staff, a staff that knows how to do their job well. The current staff does not care about what they are doing and does not care if the customers get a completely wrong order. Please give me a number to contact for further assistance. Thanks.

  So I used to come here fairly regularly. The staff has always been really friendly. And they were also very generous with the portions. I’m not really sure what happened. I don’t know if it’s under new management but not only are the portions getting smaller and smaller, but the staff just don’t seem to wanna be there. There were a few staff members in the past that were really pleasant i havent seen them lately and now everybody just seems irritated. I understand that working in the food service industry these days isn’t the greatest job to have. But if you don’t wanna be there, they should bring in people that are happy to be there.
