  I found a roach in my chipotle bowl. I showed them proof after going back, but they said that since nobody else had that complaint, they can only give me a free bowl that only works in their location. This is a health and safety concern. What am I going to do with a free bowl? I don’t want it because I don’t want to eat there again after what I saw. I felt sick in my stomach.

  Went to chipotle for the BOGO offer during the FIFA World Cup. I got charged queso and guacamole for my order. I did not order those items. I went back to the lady that was in the register(I am pretty sure she is a manager). I know shes Latina but she looks asian, shes probably peruvian or bolivian. Anyways, she was VERY RUDEEE. I went back and showed her I clearly only have a side of cilantro lime sauce ($1.50) and a side of lettuce with chips, she didnt pay atention to the sides I had with me. She told me she couldnt give me the 2 sides she clearly charged me for.( I was requesting the queso and guac) She said she can only give me the queso and the lime sauce(which was already in my bag). I told her you clearly charged me for both and I already paid, the sauce I had is $1.50. But nope, she only gave me the queso. She is clearly a manager and needs to be investigated. Do better maam, you dont own chipotle. Acting like its coming out of your pocket. Its frustrating because I am such a loyal client to the location, what a shame.

  I come to this location a lot and usually the food is always really good, but whoever was responsible for making the white rice this evening, made it wayyy too salty. I couldn't even eat it and I always get the white rice.

  I rarely write reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write this should show how frustrated and annoyed I was by this experience. After paying nearly $30 for two meals, I asked for a water cup. The employee told me they had run out of water cups. I said, "Okay, then how am I supposed to get water?" and suggested they give me a regular cup since they were out of the designated water cups. He told me I would have to pay for a regular cup. I was shocked. I wasn't asking for a soda—I was simply asking for a way to get water after spending almost $30 at the restaurant. The manager came over and repeated the same thing. What's even more frustrating is that I've had this happen at other Chipotle locations before, and the response was always, "Sorry for the inconvenience, here's a regular cup." Then I noticed what looked like water cups sitting nearby and asked about them. The manager told me those cups were reserved for online orders. At that point, I stood there waiting to see if someone would help resolve the situation, but instead the employee walked away and spent several minutes talking to someone else. Eventually, I gave up and left. This wasn't about the cost of a cup—it was about the complete lack of common sense and customer service. Charging a customer for a cup so they can drink water because you've run out of water cups is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

  This location needs to be investigated. It’s almost like the management of this location is purposely sabotaging the store or something. Here comes ‘contact us at chipotle.com’ response.
