After more than 30 minutes, they realized they had forgotten my order. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes because of their carelessness. This was a complete waste of my time. If the employees spent less time talking and more time doing their jobs, customers wouldn’t have to deal with this kind of service. I won’t be coming back.

The establishment was spotless and tidy, and the food was perfectly seasoned and outstanding. Definitely the best chicken place I’ve ever been to 10/10 will come back and recommend this place to everyone.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. Upon walking in, everything felt sticky, the floors, food trays, and tables all seemed unclean, which made for an unpleasant dining experience.

They say call back in an hour and a half when a manager is here. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! I would not have given them a bad review if they had even made an effort to make it right! Never eat here…many other good chicken options!!!!!!
