  Today i went into the subway to get two subs with my husband. While the women was working on his sub she continued to touch her earbud to push it into her ear with someone on the phone through them. Over and over with her gloves she’s touching his food with she pushing her headphones in her ears she put tomatos on his sandwich when all he asked for was lettuce and onions and sauce she takes them off finished his sub and didn’t ask if i wanted anything tries to check him out. He says she’s getting food too, with an attitude she proceeded to ask what i want i tell her again she’s touching her ear piece i tell her to stop because it’s disgusting and i’ve watched her do it so many times. I also let her know Im pregnant and little things like this make me very sick. She got mad switched her gloves finishes my food and then goes to check us out. while we are at the fountain getting our drinks she’s staring like i’ve done something wrong by calling her out. I come here all the time as it’s the only location in my area and never had an issue with the man who usually serves us. I threw up making my way back to the car because this was very unappetizing. Please do better monitoring your employees.

  Went to subway last night CARROLLTON BLVD; but first of all the website wasn't working so I went in couldn't get the BOGO of course didn't really mind.. but the so called MANAGER Jasmin was so rude, she thought that I was gonna eat this old brown lettuce which only had a corner left.. she should've been thrown it away b4 someone get sick behind eating old produce that's been out all day... ordered a 6" steak n cheese but wasn't having that old lettuce.. POINT IS... SHE REFUSE TO GIVE ME NEW LETTUCE, SO I SAID THANKS BUT NO THANKS AND LEFT... Called the next day 4/12/26 to speak to a manger and guess what... she said THAT she was the manager OMG... WORST CUST. SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A SUBWAY... been going there since they opened...I'd rather go across the JRB NOW. SMH... they'll let anybody be a manager these days.. hope she washes her hands.. MS MANAGER JASMINE GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE B4 CALLING URSELF A MANAGER UR THE REASON YALL HAVE 2 1/2 STARS 🌟 INSTEAD OF 4... work with pets instead... smdh

  I recently visited the Subway in Carrollton, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating. The service was extremely slow. It appeared there were only two employees working, and they seemed to need each other’s assistance for even simple sandwich prep. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if additional training is needed, but the pace was far below what you’d expect for a quick-service restaurant. Carrollton is a very small town, so it wasn’t even particularly busy. That made the long wait even more noticeable. At one point, it genuinely felt like someone needed to step in and manage the situation. I hope this location can improve staffing or efficiency, because the concept is convenient and the food itself wasn’t the issue. The wait time, however, makes it difficult to justify returning

  This was the absolute worst oven roasted turkey sub I've ever had. I ordered a turkey sub on wheat toasted with mayo lettuce tomato oil and vinegar and black pepper so please tell me why I received a messy regular turkey sub not toasted with extra mayo lettuce tomato red onions no black pepper
