  WORST SONIC EVER took 30 minutes for our food to come out for two 4 count motts sticks and when they came out they had no cheese in them and with teenagers on their damn phone this was ridiculous

  I've been to a few Sonics, and I've never really been too impressed. This one? Great service. Decent food, fresh, hot. Clean and friendly area. I love Nerds Blizzards from DQ. This place has Nerds for drinks, but they don’t offer them in the blast. I asked if they could possibly make one for me, and they happily did so. Customer service is excellent!

  Just received the absolute worst service ive had at a sonic. Mobile ordering is closed, the drive through i couldnt hear the employee then I walked up and attempted to order. I ordered a combo by number, after a long pause the employee asked how I wanted it with things completely unrelated to the combo I ordered. After another long pause I said nevermind have a great day and the employee comes charging out of the store yelling at me and as I continued to walk away they said in a highly disrespectful manner "*lip smack* have a good day dont come back" I may have been frustrated but I was never disrespectful and surely wasnt rude enough for an employee to charge out yelling at me or to say dont come back. Coming from someone who has worked at sonic multiple times over a ten year time frame this is absolutely unacceptable and I would have been fire on the spot.

  I'm a delivery driver and Sonic is a to go restaurant that doesn't even have the ability to eat inside of it yet they don't have any packaging to take it away. their cup holders don't work their bags are too thin...etc A new update to tell you about is that they seem to now have proper delivery bags. I've changed my star rating accordingly

  Everytime I come here the customer service is absolutely amazing!! After a really long shift, one of the employees complemented me and it really made my day 100x better and I really appreciated it and all the hard work you guys put into your work!! Thankyou and keep working hard!! 💪
