  Painfully slow service. I could go to a sit down restaurant and get in and out before I receive my “fast food.” Asked for 4 sweet and sour sauces for my order and received a singular buffalo sauce, don’t know how those get mixed up considering they are on opposite ends of the spectrum. I Don’t know how hard it is to read a screen and follow the screen step by step to get an order correct, but apparently it’s pretty hard. Been here a few times and each time it feels like the wait gets longer and longer.

  The Carrollton location is a new store so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks the food quality itself is good for the most part, I have visited this location four times in the last 2 weeks and have yet to get a complete correct order upon one of my first visits myself and 2 other customers stood in the lobby and listen to the workers in the back fussing and arguing well the three of us were waiting to have our orders corrected from the drive-thru the parking lot is humongous and will it the inside is clean

  I waited at the 2nd window for over 20 mins, Meanwhile, people behind me were getting their food and driving off. My order was a big mac, fries and a drink. I eventually had to go into the store to get my food. It took them 5 minutes to come to the counter to help me, and then it took another 10 minutes to get my food, no I'm sorry for the wait or anything. To top it off, I get ready to eat my Big Mac and bread was hard. I hope McDonald's or the owner reads this. Please do something, so others will not experience what I experienced.

  Waited over 40 minutes for my order, only for them to finally bring it out WRONG. 🤦‍♂️ Then I open the bag and—of course—the fries are COLD. After waiting 40 damn minutes, you’d think that would be plenty of time to make sure the fries were hot when they finally brought the food out. Absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And that’s saying A LOT considering the closest McDonald’s to me is in Waverly. 😂 40+ minute wait. Wrong order. Cold fries. Absolutely ridiculous. 0/10.

  I’m really disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. Since it opened, I’ve used the curbside pickup several times because it’s a service the restaurant offers, but the experience has still been terrible. Today I placed my order 36 minutes ago, and I’ve been sitting in the curbside pickup area for 20 minutes waiting for my food. In total, it’s been almost an hour just to receive a fast food order. I’m with a small child, and I specifically chose this option to avoid waiting in the pickup line, which was already full. If they offer curbside service, they should be able to handle it properly and deliver orders in a timely manner. It’s frustrating to wait this long for an order that should be quick. I hope they improve their organization and customer service, because this service leaves a lot to be desired.
