After sitting there with no response, we finally pulled up to the window and saw only one employee inside. I understand places can be short-staffed, but there should at least be some communication with customers instead of leaving them sitting in the drive-thru with no acknowledgment. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I called up there to try and speak to the manager and report but they told me to call back Thursday July 30th 2026. I made this to see if the manager would see my report by the time I call back.

- DTDevanshi TrivediJun 24, 20261.0I’ll be very honest here! I have always loved Dunkin! I just moved to Virginia from Chicago. And here specifically this location in Carrollton, Dunkin store, They have hired kids who are in the high school and I guess they are not trained enough to take orders, I guess they don’t listen to the customers carefully all the time from the drive through window! For the first couple times they made my order super nicely but then afterwords whenever I have ordered my customized coffee or I have asked them to make customize croissants orders, they have always failed to make it! And they take a little longer to attend on the drive through window. I don’t mind waiting either but even after repeatedly clarifying on specific order, they are unable to make it proper. Even after they keep asking questions and I’ve answered then nicely clarified them. I don’t have any personal issue with any particular employee but they are needed to be trained in such a way. I will still be wishing that those students learn more from their mistakes and be able to improve! I wish them good luck with all that they aspire to be.
